Perishable goods, personalized/custom-made items, and intimate/sanitary products (for hygiene reasons).
Items damaged due to misuse or not following care instructions.

Wait for Approval – Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 2 business days.
Ship the Item Back – Once approved, send the item to the provided return address. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
